Stuffed Shrooms

This is an easy appetizer that can feed the masses quickly.

You'll need

  • - 1 pkg portabellinis
  • - 3 cloves, CannaGarlic
  • - 5 Tbsp Butter
  • - 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • - 2 Tbsp Parsley
  • - 1 Cup breadcrumbs
  • - 3 oz Parmesan or pecorino

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

Clean all mushrooms and remove stems and gills.

STEP 2

Chop about ½ of them into medium size pieces and start to saute them with the onions and cannagarlic in the budda.

STEP 3

Season with salt and pepper and parsley.

STEP 4

Mix bread crumbs with cheese and 1Tbsp of budda.

STEP 5

Mix half in with mushrooms and spoon in to remaining whole shrooms.

STEP 6

Sprinkle crumb mixture on top and bake at 420 for 5-8 minutes.
