You'll need

  • - 1 lb flour
  • - 4 eggs
  • - 2 oz Infused Olive Oil

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

In a medium sized metal bowl, combine flour and salt.

STEP 2

In a stand mixer you will add the flour, the beaten egg and begin to mix on medium. This mixture should form a stiff dough. You may need to stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water if it is too tight.

STEP 3

Next, on a lightly floured surface, knead dough for about 3 to 4 minutes.

STEP 4

Cover with a towel and let rest for one hour.

STEP 5

Now you can roll out the dough by hand or you can use a pasta machine to roll out desired thinness.

STEP 6

Use machine or knife to cut into strips of desired width for fettuccine.
