After you have a few of these you will want to be on that dance floor showing your groove thang. If you get too hot you will want to cool off that Pisco Fever with a few more of these.
- - 2 oz Pisco
- - 1 oz fresh lime juice
- - 1 oz glycerin Tincture
- - 1 egg white
- - 1 dash Amargo bitters
Let’s get cooking!
Add the Pisco, lime, Tincture and egg white to a shaker with NO ice.
Shake 10 to 12 seconds.
Add ice and shake 30 seconds Pour and strain into an old fashioned cocktail glass.
Add dash of bitters to garnish.
