Pecan Bars

if Pecan Pie is what you are thankful for you are going to be dankfull of this recipe.

You'll need

  • - 1 ¼ cups flour
  • - ½ cup brown sugar
  • - ½ cup CannaButter, cold
  • Pecan Pie Layer: -1/3 cup Caramel sauce
  • - 2 ea eggs
  • - ½ cup brown sugar
  • - 2 Tbsp Flour
  • - 1 tsp vanilla
  • - 1/8 tsp salt
  • - 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • - 1 ½ cups pecans, chopped

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

For the Crust: Mix together flour and brown sugar in a bowl.

STEP 2

Cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly.

STEP 3

Pat into a greased 9 inch pan.

STEP 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes

STEP 5

For the Pecan Pie Layer: in a small bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, salt and baking soda.

STEP 6

Stir in chopped pecans.

STEP 7

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until set.

STEP 8

Allow the bars to cool overnight or at least 6 hours.
