- - 11/2 cup chestnuts ground up fine
- - 1 Cup sugar
- - 2 Cups flour
- - 2 tsp baking powder
- - ¼ tsp salt
- - 4 oz Ghee, infused like CannaButter
- - 3 Eggs
- - 14 Oz. sweetened condensed Milk
- - 1 tsp vanilla
- - ½ Cup Milk
- - 1 Cup dried fruit
Let’s get cooking!
In a mixing bowl add all of your dry ingredients and then combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet to dry and mix to a nice slurry.
Now add in melted infused Ghee ( Ghee replaces butter in CannaBudda recipe).
Then fold in your dried fruit and fill cupcake lined muffin tins.
Scoop in and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
