Pannetone Cannatone

Packed full of flavor and holiday memories. Give them an extra coat of frosting if it is cold out side.

You'll need

  • - 11/2 cup chestnuts ground up fine
  • - 1 Cup sugar
  • - 2 Cups flour
  • - 2 tsp baking powder
  • - ¼ tsp salt
  • - 4 oz Ghee, infused like CannaButter
  • - 3 Eggs
  • - 14 Oz. sweetened condensed Milk
  • - 1 tsp vanilla
  • - ½ Cup Milk
  • - 1 Cup dried fruit

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

In a mixing bowl add all of your dry ingredients and then combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

STEP 2

Combine wet to dry and mix to a nice slurry.

STEP 3

Now add in melted infused Ghee ( Ghee replaces butter in CannaBudda recipe).

STEP 4

Then fold in your dried fruit and fill cupcake lined muffin tins.

STEP 5

Scoop in and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
