Citrus season is right around the corner somewhere. Get haute and buy the fruits of their labor.
- - 1 pomegranate
- - 2 oranges
- - 1 lemon
- - 1 Cup pomegranate juice
- - 1/3 Cup lemon juice
- - 2 Cup HoneyBuzz
Let’s get cooking!
Slice citrus as thinly as you can.
Add juices and 1 pt of water.
Cover and chill over night.
In a large thick bottomed stock pot cook at a boil for 1 hour.
After 1 hour you will want to lower heat and add remaining ingredients.
To finish the Mary'malade cook at 220 or in a crockPOT on medium until thickened.
