- 2 Cups uncooked Lentils
- 2 Qts stock of your choice
- 1 ea Onion
- 1 ea Carrot, small dice
- 4 ea garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 Cup Medicated Olive Oil
Let’s get cooking!
Start by slowly heating up the olive oil in a large dutch oven.
Add the vegetables and a pinch of salt.
Stir on medium low for about 5 minutes and pour in lentils, continue to stir for 2 minutes.
Add 1 qt of stock and cover.
Check after 15 minutes and add stock.
