You'll need

  • 2 Cups uncooked Lentils
  • 2 Qts stock of your choice
  • 1 ea Onion
  • 1 ea Carrot, small dice
  • 4 ea garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Medicated Olive Oil

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

Start by slowly heating up the olive oil in a large dutch oven.

STEP 2

Add the vegetables and a pinch of salt.

STEP 3

Stir on medium low for about 5 minutes and pour in lentils, continue to stir for 2 minutes.

STEP 4

Add 1 qt of stock and cover.

STEP 5

Check after 15 minutes and add stock.
