Kale is all the rage and for good reason. It’s really good for you. It can be a little rough on the wallet though if you are buying these kale chips in the store.
You'll need
- -1 lb Kale, stems removed
- - 3 oz Infused Olive Oil
- - 1 tsp salt
- -1/2 tsp pepper
- - 1/4 tsp cayenne
Let’s get cooking!
STEP 1
preheat oven to 350.
STEP 2
Massage the oil into the Kale and sprinkle with seasoning.
STEP 3
place on wax paper and cook until dry, 18-35 minutes
