Hummus

You will need to call Pita on this one and dip haute.

You'll need

  • - 8 oz cooked chickpeas
  • - 3 oz medicated Oil
  • - 3 oz tahini
  • - 2 ea raw garlic, cloves
  • - 2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • - 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

In a food processor blend the raw garlic cloves, 1/3 of the chickpeas and a pinch of salt and run machine until smooth.

STEP 2

Now slowly start to add 1/3 of the oil, a 1/3 of the chickpeas and 1/2 of the tahini and then repeat until chickpeas are gone.

STEP 3

Reserve 1/3 of the oil for garnish.

STEP 4

Remove from the processor and place hummus into a bowl.

STEP 5

Stir in the lemon juice and swirl in Sriracha. Serve inside the Pita Jungle.
