In the many many moons that I have been making this salad I haven’t ever made the same one twice. We tend to use up the leftover veggies from the night before but one thing is for sure, we never make the High Cobb without bacon!
- - 6 boiled eggs
- - 4 oz bacon, cooked and chopped
- - 4 oz cherry tomatoes, 1/2'd
- - 2 oz fresh sweetcorn
- - 2 oz olives
- - 5 oz greens
- - 6 oz use Dude, Infused Ranch dressing (or Infused Olive Oil)
Let’s get cooking!
In a wide mouthed bowl lay down a bed of fresh greens.
Now start doing lines with your ingredients;
saving the middle for the roasted chicken, or the bacon!
Layer some good for you veggies in there too.
