Cinnamon Chocolate Bark

This started at home as kind of a joke. All of our left over chocolates would be melted in various bowls and mix ins and toppings will be all over the place. We then started to mix it all together and Bark at the moon.

You'll need

  • - 1 lb chocolate
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • - 1 tsp sea salt
  • - 1 range, zest
  • - 2 broken candy canes

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

Line a sheet pan with a Silpat and heat some water for a double boiler.

STEP 2

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and stir in cinnamon.

STEP 3

Spread Mexican Chocolate mixture over Silpat and grate orange over top
