Chorizo and Queso Dip

A simple addition to pigging out is adding Chorizo to anything. Here we are adding it to a traditional cheese dip.

You'll need

  • - 8 oz cheddar, shredded
  • - 8 oz swiss, shredded
  • - 3 oz hemp flour
  • - 2 oz CannaButter
  • - 1 tsp CannaSalt
  • - 2 ea garlic cloves
  • - 8 oz beer
  • - 4 oz CannaCream
  • - 1 lb Chorizo, Cooked

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

Cook Chorizo in a large pot in 3 Tbsp Infused Olive Oil.

STEP 2

Once cooked melt butter and stir in flour add cream and ½ of the beer. bring to simmer.

STEP 3

Whisk in cheese and season to taste.

STEP 4

Adjust thickness with more beer if needed
