A simple addition to pigging out is adding Chorizo to anything. Here we are adding it to a traditional cheese dip.
- - 8 oz cheddar, shredded
- - 8 oz swiss, shredded
- - 3 oz hemp flour
- - 2 oz CannaButter
- - 1 tsp CannaSalt
- - 2 ea garlic cloves
- - 8 oz beer
- - 4 oz CannaCream
- - 1 lb Chorizo, Cooked
Let’s get cooking!
Cook Chorizo in a large pot in 3 Tbsp Infused Olive Oil.
Once cooked melt butter and stir in flour add cream and ½ of the beer. bring to simmer.
Whisk in cheese and season to taste.
Adjust thickness with more beer if needed
