Everybody loves good ol’ fashioned home cooking. This corn-based dish is quick and easy for anyone to fix.
- - 12 sweetcorn, shucked
- - 1 onion, small dice
- - 3 garlic cloves, minced
- - 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- - 1 Cup CannaCream
- - 2 Tbsp CannaButter
- - 1 Tbsp parsley or chives
Let’s get cooking!
Cut corn off of the cob and reserve in a bowl.
Saute the onion and garlic on medium heat in the coconut oil.
Add kernels and cream to thicken. Season.
