Canna Caramels

Who doesn’t like a nice salted caramel from the past with a special twist.

You'll need

  • - ½ lb CannaButter
  • - ¾ Cup light brown sugar
  • - ¾ Cup medicated glycerin
  • - 2 tsp sea salt
  • - ¼ Cup CannaCream
  • - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • - 2 Tbsp Potella

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

In a heavy bottomed large sauce pan, add: butter, sugars, syrup, sea salt and cream.

STEP 2

Bring to a boil and stir until sugars are dissolved and mixture is well combined.

STEP 3

when mixture reaches 230 degrees remove from heat and stir in vanilla and Nutella.

STEP 4

Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then pour into an 8×8 pan that has been lined with parchment paper.

STEP 5

Allow to cool in pan slightly, sprinkle with fleur de sel and then refrigerate for several hours.

STEP 6

Once chilled, cut into small squares.
