Who doesn’t like a nice salted caramel from the past with a special twist.
- - ½ lb CannaButter
- - ¾ Cup light brown sugar
- - ¾ Cup medicated glycerin
- - 2 tsp sea salt
- - ¼ Cup CannaCream
- - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- - 2 Tbsp Potella
Let’s get cooking!
In a heavy bottomed large sauce pan, add: butter, sugars, syrup, sea salt and cream.
Bring to a boil and stir until sugars are dissolved and mixture is well combined.
when mixture reaches 230 degrees remove from heat and stir in vanilla and Nutella.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then pour into an 8Ã—8 pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
Allow to cool in pan slightly, sprinkle with fleur de sel and then refrigerate for several hours.
Once chilled, cut into small squares.
