Take these little trees and Mary them to your special trees during the HoliDaze.
- - 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, blanched
- - 4 oz bacon chunks
- - 4 garlic cloves, minced
- - Â½ tsp rosemary
- - 3 ea fresh oregano sprigs
- - 2 Tbsp Infused Olive Oil
- Lemon juice
Let’s get cooking!
In a cast iron pan or stainless steel pan add medicated oil and place on medium heat.
Add bacon chucks and render for 6-8 minutes.
Remove and add dry brussels sprouts to pan ad blister the bottoms.
Not too hot however, it will burn and taste bitter.
Add bacon back to pan, lower heat and add garlic, herbs and some onion if you feel fancy.
(Optional) Deglaze with 3 oz of white wine and 2 Tbsp CannaButter if you have it around
