Big Shrimpin Salad

If you are a fan of this light salad you must try it on a buttered croissant. It is to live for!

You'll need

  • - 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • - 1 cup CannaMayo
  • - 2 Celery, small dice
  • - 4 scallions, sliced
  • - 1 jalapeno, minced
  • - 1 Avocado. small dice
  • - 1/2 Cup snap peas, raw, cut
  • - 2 Tbsp Sriracha

STEP 1

What a wonderful way to use up left over shrimp from the night before.

STEP 2

The first step to this dish is to make sure that your shrimp are peeled and deveined.

STEP 3

The second step is to add your mayo to a medium size bowl and start chopping the remaining ingredients.

STEP 4

Once you have finished mix them in with the CannaMayo.

STEP 5

Stir and season to taste.

STEP 6

Add shrimp and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes and reseason if needed.
