BBQ Chinese Sausage Sandwich with Peppers and Mozzarella

You'll need

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 2 DiLuigi® Chinese Sausage
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • BBQ Sauce
  • 2 soft rolls
  • 4 tbsp butter

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

Cook sausages on stovetop or grill according to package directions.

STEP 2

Cut and seed peppers. Peel one small onion. Thinly slice vegetables.

STEP 3

Heat a small sauté pan, add oil. Sauté peppers and onion until just soft.

STEP 4

Butter buns. Add mozzarella cheese, top with onions, peppers, and sausage. Finish with BBQ sauce.
