Banana Bread

One slice of this and you will feel like a stranger. We call it the Grateful Bread.

You'll need

  • - 3/4 cup sugar
  • - 1/4 cup avocado or coconut oil
  • - 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • - 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • - 1 ea egg
  • - 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (2 medium)
  • - 2 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour
  • - 1 tsp baking soda
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 2 cups Granola
  • - 2 cups Struesel

Let’s get cooking!

STEP 1

Heat oven to 350°F.Brush the bottom of a loaf pan with cannbutter or other infused oil.. In large bowl, beat 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup infused Avocado oil with electric mixer on low speed until well mixed. Beat in buttermilk or infused cream, vanilla and egg just until blended; beat in bananas.

STEP 2

With a spoon, stir in flour, baking soda and salt just until blended. Set aside 2 tablespoons chopped banana chips for topping. Stir in 2 cups rolled oats into flour mixture. Spoon into pan and be sure to spread evenly. In small bowl, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in pan; pat lightly onto batter.

STEP 3

Bake this goodness for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
