Can’t go wrong with this on the table with all of the holiday roasted meats going around.
- - 5 lbs Apples, peeled, seeded
- - 1 pt HoneyBuzz
- - 8 oz Butter
- - 2 lemons juiced, seeded
- - 2 Cinnamon Sticks
Let’s get cooking!
Cook apples in apple juice and lemon juice until soft. Keep lemon peels in pot while cooking to maximize pectin structure. Just be sure to remove before you puree the mixture.
Strain and reduce liquid by half.
Puree apples and combine with the apple cider and put in your crockPot.
Stir in honey once apples are nice and soft to get it to you desired sweetness.
Stir in chilled Budda to give a nice texture and gloss. place in jars and chill.
